This book is a cute way to show a dad in your life that they are appreciated in so many ways. The pictures are bright and colorful. It highlights the ways that dads are so important in our children’s lives.

If you’ve been around my website a time or two you are probably more than used to seeing James Dean come up on my book lists. But they are usually about Pete the Cat. This time, James Dean is at it again but using construction trucks to showcase all of the great things that dads do!

Who doesn’t love a good dad joke? This book is full of them! It says it’s made for children ages 3-6 so it’s a bit of a stretch for babies. However, I love that toddlers can grow into it. This book is great for fun dads that love a good laugh!

 

Don’t forget to tell your baby or toddler about the pictures. Sometimes that’s the best part of these books! I love that books allow them to learn new vocabulary.

 
 

The Night Before Father’s Day By Natasha Wing

 

The Night Before Father’s Day is a cute story of how the family works together to get ready to surprise their dad for Father’s Day. Toddlers and preschoolers will learn the importance of thinking of and doing things for others that they will love.

 
 

My AWESOME DAD

 

This book is a great memory book of our kid’s ideas and thoughts especially on a day like Father’s Day. It would be a great book to complete as they get older to see how their answers change over time.

 

It might be best to wait on this book until your toddler is closer to 3, or whenever they are able to ask questions on a regular basis.
